Developed in HTML5, Wedit is a fast and easy to use tool that allows users to make video cut editions for broadcast from VSNExplorer’s own interface and without the need to switch to another Non-linear editing (NLE) system, in case no advanced editing work is required.

VSNWedit has been 100% developed in HTML5 and is integrated with VSN Explorer and with VSN’s NewsConnect web plugin.

EDL files export and download for further editing on any NLE, such as Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Vegas, etc.

Voiceover recording over timeline capabilities while previewing proxy video, cut list generation, proxy segments mark-in and mark-out with photogramic accuracy.
- Proxy file generation
Visualize a low resolution video while it is being ingested in the system, while simultaneously selecting, editing and consolidating fragments for delivery.
- Metadata cataloging
Advanced cataloging and search through metadata detected directly from the media (timecode, format, bitrate, copyright, user validation, speech-to-text, etc.) or pre-defined by the user.
